How to Use the Ada MCP in Cursor
Write code that reacts to live Ada support tickets and updates help articles directly inside your Cursor editor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Ada MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Ada to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Debug live Ada chat pipelines in Cursor
The `list_conversations` tool fetches real-time and past customer support chats directly into your Cursor composer. You don't have to guess why a webhook failed when you can pull the exact payload into your active editor. By feeding these live chat logs straight to your Cursor agent, you can write regression tests based on actual customer interactions. It makes fixing support integration bugs a matter of seconds instead of hours.
Sync help docs with code changes using this MCP Server
This MCP Server uses `create_article` to generate and upload fresh documentation directly from your markdown files in Cursor. When you ship a new feature, your agent updates the knowledge base before the code even deploys. You can also call `list_articles` to verify that your code changes don't conflict with existing support documentation. It keeps your engineering team and your automated support bot perfectly aligned.
Inspect active user states during Cursor sessions
The `get_end_user` tool retrieves profile data and custom metadata for any specific user ID directly inside your Cursor workspace. This lets you mock real user environments when writing custom support integrations. Instead of hardcoding dummy data, your Cursor agent pulls live variables to test your support routing logic. It ensures your custom code works flawlessly against real-world customer profiles.
