How to Use the AeroDataBox MCP in Cursor
Inject real-time aviation data into your codebase using Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect AeroDataBox MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect AeroDataBox to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live API integration for code
Stop using mock data for your flight applications. Cursor can call `get_nearest_flight` to pull actual status vectors into your editor. Your agent writes code that handles real-world responses. It saves you from debugging against fake JSON structures that don't match production.
Physical runway data access
Feed precise runway measurements and operational data into your project using `get_airport_runways`. This tool provides the physical context your software needs for accurate calculations. Instead of hunting through docs, you ask the agent to fetch the specs. It drops the values straight into your logic.
Fleet and route statistics
Pull active aircraft lists with `get_airline_fleet` to build your logic around current hardware. Use `get_airport_routes_stats` to analyze frequency patterns for your backend. These tools turn your editor into an aviation data terminal. You get the raw facts without switching windows.
