How to Use the Amilia MCP in Cline
Cline turns Amilia recreation data into live dashboards and reporting scripts right inside VS Code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Amilia MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Amilia to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate Custom Dashboards
The `list_programs` tool feeds raw recreation categories straight to your coding agent. You tell Cline to build an admin panel, and it writes the React components while pulling real session data to test the layout. Adding schedule views happens in seconds. The agent calls `list_activities` and `list_activity_occurrences` to populate the calendar UI, writing the exact API fetching logic you need for production.
Script Amilia MCP Server Reports
The `list_registrations` tool gives Cline the exact enrollment figures for any class. Your agent can write a Python script that pulls this data, formats it into a PDF, and saves the file directly to your workspace. Cross-referencing takes zero manual effort. Cline runs `get_account_details` alongside `list_contacts` to build a complete family directory script without you writing a single line of code.
Build Attendance Trackers
The `get_attendance` tool exposes daily check-in records over MCP to your VS Code environment. Cline uses this endpoint to mock up a mobile-friendly check-in app, using actual roster data to verify the logic. Digging into specific sessions is just as easy. The agent triggers `get_program_details` to grab the metadata, then writes the unit tests to ensure your new application handles edge cases correctly.
