How to Use the Arweave MCP in Cursor
Write code that interacts with the permaweb using live Arweave network data inside Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Arweave MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Arweave to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate code using live transaction data
Stop writing code against mock blockchain payloads that don't match reality. With this MCP Server, Cursor pulls live transaction records using `get_transaction` and `get_transaction_data` directly into your active editor. Your agent writes parsing logic using real, production-grade data from the permaweb. This eliminates integration bugs before you compile.
Estimate deployment costs using this MCP Server
Budgeting for permanent storage shouldn't require leaving your code editor. Your agent calls `get_storage_price` to calculate exactly how many Winstons your assets will cost to store forever. You can also track your treasury by querying `get_wallet_balance` to make sure your automated scripts have enough funding. It brings financial context directly to your development flow.
Query the permaweb with GraphQL in Cursor
Writing custom indexing code is tedious when you don't know the schema or tags. This tool lets Cursor run `query_graphql` to discover how other dApps structure their data on the network. It speeds up your development by showing you live examples of transaction tags and block structures. You build faster because your editor understands the live state of the blockchain.
