Audit Agent Schedules from the CLI

`list_schedules` extracts shift timings directly into your shell environment. Claude Code runs this tool to verify staffing coverage before deploying changes to your contact routing infrastructure. Headless execution makes this perfect for cron jobs. You can script the agent to check schedules every morning and pipe the output into a Slack notification or a daily log file.

Monitor Live Agent States

`list_agent_states` exposes exactly who is online and taking tickets right now. Your terminal agent pulls this data to check system capacity during an active incident. SREs can tie this into automated health checks. If a database goes down, Claude Code can grab the active user list via `list_users` to see how many support staff are currently impacted.

Automate Forecast Reporting via MCP Server

`list_forecasts` pulls projected contact volumes for your support queues. You trigger this from the command line to feed predictive data into your backend capacity planning scripts. The entire process runs without a browser. After confirming the connection with `get_account_check`, the AI client grabs the forecasts, matches them to `list_teams`, and generates a text summary.

Common questions about Assembled MCP in Claude Code

Run `claude mcp add --transport http assembled -- `. Make sure you put the transport flag before the server name to avoid parsing errors.
Yes, headless execution works perfectly in CI/CD pipelines. You can configure a workflow that checks `list_queues` to validate routing rules before merging a pull request.
Type `claude mcp list` to see your active connections. You can also ask the agent to run `get_account_check` to confirm the API token is actually working.
No local installation is necessary for the tools. Vinkius hosts the MCP server remotely, so your terminal just sends HTTP requests to execute the operations.
