Connect BasicOps MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect BasicOps to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Sync Cline's coding progress to BasicOps tasks
Tell Cline to build a new React component, and it won't just write the code. It uses `get_task` to read the specifications directly from your BasicOps project board, ensuring it builds exactly what was requested. Once the tests pass, Cline calls `update_task` to change the status to complete. You get a working component and a clean BasicOps board without touching your mouse.
Direct team context inside the Cline sidebar
Avoid building the wrong thing because of outdated BasicOps specs. Cline checks `list_project_tasks` and `list_task_messages` to see if your team changed the requirements in the last hour. It reads those active conversations directly inside VS Code. If a designer posted a new requirement, Cline adapts its code output to match the latest feedback from your team.
Manage BasicOps projects directly from Cline
Setting up a new repository shouldn't mean manually copying BasicOps task lists. Cline runs `create_project` to initialize your tracking board the second you scaffold a new codebase. It can even run `list_webhooks` to verify that your build notifications are routed to the right channels. This keeps your team updated on every commit Cline makes to the repository.
