Build custom hiring tools in Cline.
Cline doesn't just display data; it builds the tools you need to run your business. Give it a prompt to create a recruiter dashboard, and it will fetch data using `get_recruitment_dashboard` and write the React components. It hooks the UI directly to `list_jobs` and `list_placements` to ensure your team sees real-time hiring metrics. You get working code backed by live recruitment data in minutes.
Screen candidates using this MCP Server.
Let Cline handle the initial screening prep by pulling applicant details with `list_applicants`. The agent reads their resumes, compares them to active roles, and drafts email templates. It uses `get_applicant` to pull specific details and writes tailored screening questions into your local workspace. Your prep work is done before you even open your calendar.
Audit company hiring accounts.
Keep your recruiting permissions clean by asking Cline to inspect your user roster. It calls `list_user_accounts` and cross-references it with your internal directory. If it finds discrepancies, the agent drafts a cleanup script or updates your local config files. It uses `get_company_info` to ensure all actions align with your corporate structure.
