Terminal-driven graph logging with Claude Code

This MCP Server exposes the `save_to_daily_note` tool to let Claude Code append system diagnostics and deployment results directly to your journal from the command line. SREs can pipe server health checks or cron job outputs straight into their workspace without leaving the terminal. The agent runs `list_spaces` to locate the correct environment before writing the markdown payload. This keeps your operational logs centralized and timestamped in your primary workspace.

Automated infrastructure mapping

Claude Code uses `create_object` to register new infrastructure nodes, server IPs, and container configurations as they deploy. Instead of manually updating a static asset sheet, your terminal agent documents your cluster architecture in real time. It uses `add_tag` to link these new infrastructure assets to specific environments or deployment pipelines. Your database remains accurate because the documentation happens at the moment of deployment.

Rapid CLI documentation lookup

The `lookup` tool allows Claude Code to query your entire knowledge base for incident runbooks or configuration guides directly from your shell. When an alert fires, you ask the CLI for the matching recovery steps, and it queries your workspace nodes instantly. It retrieves the full markdown instructions using `get_object` and prints them directly to your terminal. You resolve incidents faster because your runbooks are accessible right inside your shell session.

Setup guide

Set up Capacities MCP in Claude Code

Prerequisites

Common questions about Capacities MCP in Claude Code

You add the server using the `claude mcp add` command in your terminal. Once configured, Claude Code calls `list_spaces` to discover your environments and start executing graph actions.
Yes, Claude Code uses `save_to_daily_note` to append text payloads directly to your log. This allows you to log script outputs, test summaries, or build results without opening a GUI.
Claude Code uses `save_weblink` to save reference URLs and API docs you discover while working in the terminal. It creates a structured link object in your workspace, complete with automatic metadata preview.
The agent calls `save_media` to bind image payloads or log files directly to your existing infrastructure records. This ensures your visual assets are stored alongside your terminal diagnostics.
Your terminal credentials, markdown notes, and space configurations are protected by direct endpoint token authorization. The Vinkius MCP sandbox executes each command within a secure, ephemeral V8 container, ensuring no local command-line logs leak your private database structures.
