When you're screening a job candidate, you can first send an invitation using invite_hr_application, which sends the required screening info to their email or SMS. If they give consent later on, you run quick_hr_application for instant 'Quickscreen' vetting. You also have control over what gets checked by running add_hr_packages to append specific background check types to an existing HR application record.

To start, you can pull a list of all candidates and their current status by invoking list_hr_applicants. When the checks are done, you get reports: you can download the complete report as a standard PDF file using get_hr_report_pdf, or grab it in HTML format with get_hr_report_web. For immediate sharing, you generate a secure, hosted PDF link via get_hr_report_link; this link is good for one hour.

You can also check on an individual candidate's specific details by calling get_hr_applicant.

For Property Management & Tenant Screening

If you run property management, the server handles the full lifecycle. First, you can list every available rental unit in your system using list_pm_properties, or check out all current listings with list_listings. To bring a new tenant into the process, you use invite_pm_application to send the background check invitation via email for Property Management records.

You can perform an instant screening of any prospective tenant by running quick_pm_application. The system tracks every application through these tools; you view all current tenant applications using list_pm_applicants. Furthermore, if you need to build a new listing or record, you use create_pm_property to establish it in the platform.

Admin & Oversight Tools

You've got several ways to check on your organization structure and user access. You can pull a list of every individual who has an account connected using list_users. For team management, you retrieve established user teams with list_teams, or view all defined 'superteam' groupings within the company using list_superteams. To see what screening options are available to everyone, you call list_packages to get a list of applicable packages.

Cross-Functional Utility

These tools let you manage compliance tasks across both HR and PM. You can retrieve specific details for tenant applications using get_hr_applicant, which gives you status and detail info about an applicant, or see the entire inventory of job candidates with list_hr_applicants.
