How to Use the Codemagic MCP in Cursor
Write code and trigger mobile builds in Cursor with live API context.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Codemagic MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Codemagic to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Agent-driven builds in Cursor
Let your agent handle the CI/CD pipeline while you stay in the flow. Use `start_build` to trigger new runs based on the code you just finished writing. Your agent understands the current state of your project and can run builds without you needing to touch the CLI.
Direct artifact management for Cursor users
Retrieve build outputs without leaving your editor. Use `get_artifact` to inspect specific files or `create_public_artifact_url` to get a shareable link for your testers. This keeps your entire feedback loop inside the editor where you do your best work.
Modify pipeline variables inside Cursor
Update your build configuration dynamically as your code evolves. The `add_variables_to_group` tool allows you to inject new environment variables into your groups directly from the agent. This eliminates the need to jump to the dashboard just to change a build flag or a secret.
