…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Coding.net MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Coding.net to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Auto-resolve Coding.net issues with Windsurf Cascade
Cascade uses `get_issue` to take your Coding.net issue ID and run with it. It extracts the requirements, searches your files, and writes the fix. You do not have to copy-paste issue descriptions anymore. Once Cascade writes the code, it uses `list_branches` to find the target branch and checks the repository status. This MCP server gives your IDE agent direct access to your team's DevOps hub without leaving your editor.
Track and review merge requests in Windsurf
Keep an eye on your team's pull requests by using `list_mrs` to fetch open reviews directly inside your editor. You can inspect the exact changes submitted by your team without opening a browser. Because Windsurf chains these tools together, you can ask Cascade to summarize what changed in a specific branch. It grabs the commit diffs via `get_commit` and writes a clear summary right inside your chat panel.
Explore Coding.net projects using this MCP Server
Starting on a new codebase is easier when Cascade uses `list_projects` to map out your Coding.net workspace. The agent discovers active repositories and explains how the microservices connect. Your agent then calls `get_repo` to fetch the metadata and set up your local workspace config. No more hunting down project leads just to find the right git URL.
