Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Composio Smart Home MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Composio Smart Home to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Control hardware from your Cursor editor
Call `execute_composio_tool` directly from your agent session to manipulate physical devices. It bridges your code environment with your actual home network. Use natural language with `execute_composio_tool_with_text` to adjust settings while you write logic. The agent handles the tool execution based on your comments.
Search smart home tools in Cursor
Use `search_composio_tools` to find specific device drivers by app name. This saves you from hunting through documentation when you need a specific hardware trigger. Verify your current connections with `list_connected_accounts`. It shows you exactly which services are active in your Cursor project environment.
Automate device workflows in Cursor
Execute batches of actions with `execute_multiple_composio_tools`. This is useful for setting up complex test environments that involve multiple smart home devices. Check tool requirements with `get_composio_tool_schema` to ensure your arguments match the expected format. This prevents runtime errors during your coding session.
