Query Custify KPIs via this terminal MCP Server

The `list_customer_kpis` tool retrieves metric definitions and performance thresholds directly from your command line. Claude Code runs this tool to pull raw metrics, allowing you to pipe the output into standard bash utilities like grep or jq. You can quickly check which accounts are falling below their thresholds without leaving your shell. It makes monitoring account health as fast as checking system logs.

Audit company domains and contact associations

The `list_companies` tool resolves company IDs, active domains, and association metrics. Claude Code uses this to export clean lists of your accounts directly to your terminal. If you need to verify contact details, the agent runs `list_people` to match those companies with their registered team members. It gives you a fast way to audit your customer database from a headless environment.

Manage customer success tasks during incident response

The `list_customer_success_tasks` tool exposes priorities, assignees, and task statuses. When an outage occurs, Claude Code runs this tool to see which success tasks are currently active for affected accounts. By matching these tasks with `get_customer_details`, your agent helps you prioritize which customers to update first. You get critical business context right inside your SSH session.

Common questions about Custify MCP in Claude Code

Run `claude mcp add --transport http custify -- ` in your terminal. This registers the server in your local `~/.claude.json` configuration file.
Yes. You ask the terminal agent to find a user, and it executes `search_customers_by_keyword`. The matching names and emails print straight to your shell output.
Yes. The agent uses `create_customer_profile` to register profiles from the command line. It passes the required parameters and outputs the new customer ID.
Ask the agent to pull notes for a specific customer ID. It runs `list_customer_notes` and displays the communication history and author metadata in your terminal window.
Your credentials are encrypted and stored locally or injected securely. The actual customer records, notes, and health scores pass through secure, ephemeral V8 isolates that leave zero footprint.
