How to Use the Databox MCP in Cursor
Build code that reacts to live Databox metrics right inside Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Databox MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Databox to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Query Databox datasets directly in Cursor
Stop using static placeholders when you can call `get_dataset_details` during your coding session. Your agent gets the real structure of your data immediately. This lets you write logic that handles actual API responses. It keeps your development cycle tight and accurate.
Debug your Databox integration with Cursor
Use `list_activity_logs` to see exactly what requests hit your analytics account. You can debug issues without leaving your editor. Your AI client interprets these logs to suggest fixes in your code. It removes the guesswork from building custom dashboards.
Inspect storage stats via Cursor
Get a clear picture of your data usage by calling `get_storage_statistics` as you work. It’s perfect for planning your data ingestion logic. You’ll see if you are hitting limits while you write your scripts. It keeps your infrastructure code grounded in reality.
