…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Discord MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Discord to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Direct server control in Cline
Cline uses `get_guild` to pull your server's unique Snowflake IDs. It then runs `list_guild_channels` to identify exactly where to focus its attention. This gives the agent a clear path to interact with your server architecture. It works as an extension of your own hands, performing structural updates as you code.
Dynamic messaging and content updates
You can tell Cline to push status reports into your chat channels using `create_message`. It formats these updates with Markdown to ensure notifications land correctly. When requirements change, `edit_message` lets the agent modify existing posts. This is useful for keeping project trackers or task lists accurate in real-time.
Instant cleanup and channel maintenance
Cline uses `delete_channel` to purge outdated rooms and their entire history. It handles the full deletion, including pinned items and attachments, to keep your server clean. It also uses `delete_message` to remove individual chat payloads. This removes the clutter from your history without needing to touch the GUI.
