Build custom real estate tools with Cline
The `list_loops` tool fetches active real estate transactions directly into your VS Code workspace. Cline uses this live data to build custom local dashboards or sync transaction pipelines with your internal CRM systems. You define the target layout, and Cline writes the code, imports the transaction records, and tests the output. It handles the entire development loop without you having to write a single line of boilerplate.
Audit document folders using this MCP Server
The `list_loop_folders` tool reads the folder architecture of any active transaction in your account. Cline calls this tool to compare your local document templates with what is currently stored in the cloud. If files are out of sync, Cline flags the discrepancies and updates your local transaction logs. It keeps your offline files aligned with your online loops without manual checking.
Sync contacts directly to active loops
The `list_profile_contacts` tool retrieves your complete real estate directory to match clients with active transactions. Cline reads this contact list to verify that buyer and seller information is correct. When a mismatch is found, Cline uses `add_loop_participant` to update the transaction loop. This MCP Server keeps your real estate records clean and up to date without manual data entry.
