Build automated real estate workflows in Cursor using live Dotloop API data.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Dotloop MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Dotloop to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code with live transaction data inside Cursor
`list_loops` pulls active real estate transactions straight into your editor context. Your agent uses this live data to write and test automation scripts instead of relying on mock JSON payloads. By using this MCP Server, you bypass the need to hardcode test values. Your agent queries real loops in real-time, letting you verify that your custom scripts handle actual payloads correctly.
Map loop structures with this MCP Server
`list_loop_folders` retrieves the document folder structure of any active loop. Your agent reads this structure directly inside the Cursor chat to help you write precise file-handling logic. You can combine this with `list_folder_documents` to verify which files are present. This lets you debug automation routines that check for completed PDFs before triggering external webhooks.
Sync contacts and participants using Cursor Agent
`list_profile_contacts` queries your Dotloop directory to pull contact records directly into your workspace. Your agent uses these records to test sync routines between your CRM and Dotloop. If you need to test participant management, `list_loop_participants` lists everyone assigned to a deal. Your agent reads this array to help you write logic that alerts agents when a new buyer is added.
