Claude Code manages incidents via CLI

Run `create_incident` directly from your shell to log issues as they happen. Claude Code handles the API calls so you don't have to leave the terminal. It updates incident status using `update_incident` as you run your remediation scripts. Your FireHydrant records stay synced with your terminal output.

Query service metadata in the terminal

Use `list_services` to see your infrastructure status in real-time. Claude Code pipes this data into your scripts for faster incident analysis. It calls `get_service` to pull specific details during an outage. You get the information you need without ever opening a GUI.

Automate team and runbook lookups

Claude Code uses `list_teams` to identify who needs to be paged. It fetches the right team details with `get_team` to ensure clear communication. It also checks `list_runbooks` to verify your next steps. This keeps your CLI workflow aligned with your team's incident response plan.
