Build performance dashboards inside Cline
Cline does not just answer questions about your call center metrics; it actually builds the tools to track them using `get_qm_summary` through this MCP Server. It writes the frontend code and hooks up the components automatically. This gives you a working dashboard without writing boilerplate. You get a live view of supervisor activity and agent scores directly in your VS Code workspace.
Automate quality audits end-to-end
Reviewing agent performance shouldn't require manual data entry when you have `list_qm_interactions` in Cline. This MCP Server lets Cline fetch interactions and automatically draft scorecards with `create_evaluation`. The agent handles the tedious work of matching calls to forms. You just review the completed evaluations and commit the changes to your system.
Track supervisor alignment on scoring
Keep your grading standards consistent across your entire operations team using `list_calibrations` in Cline. Cline uses `get_evaluation_form` to analyze how different supervisors score the same customer interaction. It highlights grading discrepancies so you can address them in your next calibration meeting. You get clear, data-driven insights into supervisor bias without manual spreadsheet work.
