Connect Formstack MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Formstack to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Formstack MCP Server data injection
The `get_form_details` tool pulls your live schema directly into the Cursor editor. Your agent reads the exact field IDs and data types, writing TypeScript interfaces that perfectly match your production forms. Instead of guessing the structure, Cursor calls `list_form_fields` to inspect the active configuration. The AI generates validation logic based on the actual constraints defined in your account.
Write handlers with live payloads
The `get_submission_details` tool feeds real user entries into your workspace while you code. Cursor uses these live payloads to write API routes that parse incoming data correctly on the first try. You stop relying on outdated API documentation. The agent fetches the exact JSON structure of a submission and builds your backend processing logic around it.
Audit form configurations
The `list_forms` tool inventories your active data collection endpoints directly from the command palette. Cursor maps your existing forms to the components you are currently building. When you need to route traffic to a new local testing environment, the agent uses `create_webhook` to point the form at your ngrok tunnel. You test the entire flow without opening a browser.
