Connect FreshBooks MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect FreshBooks to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate billing code with live Cursor context
The `get_account_info` tool gives your agent immediate access to your business profile variables. This means when you ask the editor to write an integration script, it uses your real account parameters instead of generic placeholders. You can also run `get_my_identity` to verify your credentials during development. It speeds up debugging because your agent knows exactly who is making the API requests.
Sync development tasks with active billing codes
The `list_project_tasks` tool connects your code repository to your actual billing structure. Your agent can look at your git commits and match them against open tasks to make sure every hour gets logged correctly. Combine this with `list_active_projects` to verify that your local workspace names match your official accounts. It keeps your project organization clean without manual mapping.
Build custom dashboards using this MCP Server
The `list_payments` tool lets your agent fetch recent transaction histories directly inside your editor. You can use this live data to test local UI components or build internal reporting tools without mocking APIs. By querying `list_invoices` alongside your code, you can build custom layout templates that match actual customer records. It eliminates the guesswork when designing invoice PDFs or client portals.
