How to Use the Hexometer MCP in Cursor
Inject real-time performance data into your code with Cursor. Stop using stubs and build against live site metrics.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Hexometer MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Hexometer to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Debug site speed using Cursor agent mode
Get actual page load metrics while you write your CSS or JS. Use `check_speed_desktop` to pull asset details and speed scores directly into your editor's context. Your AI writes code based on what the real site is doing right now. It prevents you from optimizing for a phantom performance bottleneck that doesn't exist.
Run SEO audits during development in Cursor
Don't wait for a crawl to finish before you fix your site structure. Call `run_seo_audit` inside Cursor to get an immediate view of your current page metadata. Your agent uses this live data to suggest meta tag updates or header fixes. It keeps your development cycle tight and focused on actual site health.
Monitor site errors directly from Cursor
Stop debugging in the dark by pulling live error logs into your workspace. Use `check_page_errors` to identify heavy assets or JS failures on specific pages. Your agent sees the same errors your users see. It allows you to fix bugs in your codebase with the live feedback loop active.
