How to Use the HeySummit MCP in Cline
Let Cline build event dashboards and manage your HeySummit attendee lists directly from VS Code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect HeySummit MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect HeySummit to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build live registration dashboards inside VS Code
Tell Cline to build a dashboard, and it will fetch active registrations using `list_attendees` and write the frontend code. This MCP Server gives Cline the raw event data it needs to construct your local UI. The agent doesn't just write placeholder code. It calls `list_tickets` to map actual pricing tiers into your components, verifying the structure with real data.
Automated speaker onboarding with Cline
Cline can audit your summit schedule by matching local speaker bios against the live platform. It uses `list_speakers` and `list_talks` to find incomplete profiles or unassigned sessions. Once found, the agent drafts emails to speakers or updates their talk descriptions directly using the connection, keeping your event data in sync.
Direct event configuration updates
Modify your summit setup without leaving your editor. Cline can pull down current event metadata using `get_event` and execute changes via `update_event` based on your workspace instructions. This eliminates manual dashboard navigation. Your agent handles the API calls, letting you focus on editing your local landing page templates.
