Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Intercom MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Intercom to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject live Intercom data into Cursor code
Feed real ticket data into your coding environment. Using `get_conversation`, your agent reads actual user complaints to help you write better patches and fixes. It avoids the trap of using fake mock data. You build solutions based on the specific technical issues reported by your customers.
Manage Intercom contacts from your Cursor terminal
Search your user base with `search_contacts` to understand who is triggering specific errors. You get the full picture of a user's company and tags without switching windows. It keeps your focus on the code. You spend your time shipping features instead of hunting for customer details in a separate tab.
List Intercom articles in Cursor for context
Call `list_articles` to pull your documentation into the chat. You give the AI the context of your existing help content so it writes code that aligns with your public-facing support. It acts as a reference library for your agent. You ensure your code changes don't contradict what your customers see in your help center.
