Standardize billing workflows in VS Code
Commit your tools configuration to your repository to keep the team in sync. When everyone uses the same `list_invoices` and `get_client` tools, you stop wasting time on inconsistent API calls. This setup ensures that junior and senior devs have the same access to production data. It removes the friction of manual onboarding for billing-related tasks.
Create invoices directly from VS Code
The `create_invoice` tool allows you to generate billing records without switching contexts. It's useful for testing how your application handles different invoice states. Simply ask your agent to create a record, and it handles the API interaction. You get a confirmation response immediately, confirming the operation succeeded.
Query your product catalog in VS Code
Your team needs accurate pricing data when building features. Use `list_products` to pull the latest entries into the chat, ensuring your UI components reflect your current offerings. If a product is missing, `create_product` lets you update your catalog from the editor. It's a faster way to keep your dev environment current with your business needs.
