Create your Vinkius account to connect Jitbit to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Debug production issues using live Jitbit MCP Server tools
When a user reports a crash, your Cursor agent can run `get_ticket_details` to read the exact traceback from the support ticket. It pulls the raw text directly into your editor so you can fix the bug in context. You don't have to copy-paste error logs from a browser. The agent scans the active ticket list using `list_tickets`, locates the failing component in your workspace, and suggests the precise patch.
Map code changes to ticket categories and users
Keep your issue tracker updated while you write code. Your agent calls `list_ticket_categories` to match your current code branch to the correct support team queue. It can also run `list_account_users` to check which clients are affected by the files you are modifying. This lets you prioritize hotfixes based on actual customer impact.
Document code fixes back into your helpdesk
When you resolve a bug, your agent can search your helpdesk wiki using `list_kb_articles` to see if the documentation needs an update. If a new issue needs tracking, it calls `create_support_ticket` to document the post-mortem. This closes the loop between engineering and support. This MCP Server integration connects your support desk directly to your editor, so you write code and your agent updates the records.
