Connect Medallia MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Medallia to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomously triage customer complaints with Windsurf
`list_alerts` fetches active customer issues from your experience management programs directly into your workspace. Cascade reads the alert details, matches them against your codebase, and pulls context to understand exactly what broke. Instead of manual lookups, the agent chains `get_alert` to retrieve specific payloads. It then drafts a fix, runs tests, and updates your status without requiring step-by-step prompts.
Map survey responses using Cascade context chains
`list_responses` pulls raw survey answers into your IDE so you can analyze user sentiments. Windsurf scans these responses, identifies recurring bugs, and traces them back to specific lines of code in your open files. By calling `search_responses` with targeted terms, your agent filters feedback for specific features. It builds an active bug list based on real customer reports and maps them to your current sprint.
Sync Medallia MCP Server programs to local code
`list_programs` gets the active structure of your customer experience tracks to align your development goals. Cascade uses this list to map software releases to specific customer segments. The agent runs `get_program_details` to verify which APIs feed into each dashboard. This lets you align your database schemas directly with the incoming feedback channels.
