Read and write wiki pages directly inside Claude Desktop
This MCP Server exposes `get_item` and `create_item` to let your agent pull active wiki pages or spin up fresh documentation without leaving your chat window. It's easy to ask the desktop app to pull a technical spec, rewrite a section, and push the edits straight back to your workspace. The agent handles the structural formatting automatically. It uses `update_item` to append new sections or fix outdated markdown text on the fly, keeping your team knowledge base current while you focus on the actual work.
Map out your workspace structure and collections
Finding the right document starts with mapping your layout using `list_teams` and `list_workspaces`. Your agent uses these entry points to locate exact workspace UUIDs before running any deep queries. Once the workspace is targeted, `list_collections` traces the visual document relationship graph to locate specific directories. It runs `list_items` to pull back the exact page titles and creation metadata, saving you from clicking through nested folders.
Search team knowledge and track attachments
Finding specific details across hundreds of pages becomes trivial when your agent runs `search_items` to execute semantic queries across your organization. It scans your entire workspace index to pinpoint the exact UUIDs of the pages you need. After pinpointing the right page, the agent runs `list_files` to grab direct URLs for any attached binary assets or images. It can also pull custom metadata using `list_fields` to let you inspect structured taxonomy dimensions without loading the web app.
