Generate a batch list of documents for scripting

When you run `list_documents`, the MCP Server returns an array of file objects. You can pipe this output directly into your coding script. This lets you write code that iterates over all available files, checking their status or pulling necessary IDs in bulk.

Programmatically start sign-off requests with Cline

To trigger a workflow, call `create_signature_request`. You pass required data as a JSON string directly from your code. This function handles the complex setup needed to begin a legally compliant signing process. Instead of clicking buttons, you write a few lines that execute this action and capture the resulting request ID.

Pull specific document details into your project logic

If you need metadata about one file—like its version or ownership—use `get_document`. You supply the document identifier, and the tool returns a structured JSON object. This makes it easy to write targeted code that validates prerequisites before running other scripts.

You can retrieve document details, organization information via `get_organization`, or specific signature request statuses. The output is always structured JSON for reliable scripting.
