Start an authenticated payment flow with `init_secure_payment`. This function initializes the full Secure Pay session required for most modern e-commerce transactions. For immediate payments, generate a UnionPay QR code using `generate_qr_code` and then use `get_qr_transaction_status` to confirm if the transaction succeeded or failed.

Manage payment tokens and risk status via MCP Server.

If a card token is no longer valid, run `cancel_card_token`. This cleanly unbinds an existing UnionPay card token from your system. Before processing any transaction, always call `check_card_risk_status` to query the current risk profile for that specific card. It’s critical data for preventing fraud.
