How to Use the Userback MCP in Windsurf
Run visual feedback loops and project audits with the Windsurf IDE agent.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Userback MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Userback to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
List Userback Projects from within Windsurf
The `list_userback_projects` tool shows all active projects registered in your account. This lets you quickly scope which services or applications need feedback collection right now. It gives a clean list of project names and IDs, letting Cascade figure out the next steps for auditing specific areas of your code base.
Get Account User Lists with Windsurf MCP Server
Use `list_account_users` to pull every user associated with the connected account. This is useful when you need to segment feedback collection by user role or department. By listing users first, your agent can then target specific groups for testing, ensuring coverage across your entire organization's product usage.
Create New Feedback Entries via Windsurf
When a bug pops up in a test build, `create_feedback_entry` lets you log it immediately. You just provide the description and context; the agent handles logging it to Userback. It's fast. Your client sends the data, and we get a structured entry ready for triage, so nothing falls through the cracks.
