How to Use the UserEcho MCP in CrewAI
Build autonomous support operations with CrewAI and the MCP Server.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect UserEcho MCP to CrewAI
Create your Vinkius account to connect UserEcho to CrewAI and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Orchestrate Ticket Management Across Teams
You can set up a dedicated Agent to handle ticketing. One agent uses `list_tickets` to monitor status, while another specialized agent runs `get_ticket_details` when an escalation is required. The collaborative nature of CrewAI means the Monitor Agent watches both tools and decides if a new ticket needs opening via `create_support_ticket`.
Map Community Knowledge Bases
Need to gather all available resources? A research agent can use `list_kb_articles` while another lists community forums using `list_forums`. The specialized agents share this memory. The system runs sequentially, ensuring the user gets a full view of both structured knowledge and general discussion areas.
Identify Platform Users and Resources
A dedicated agent can run `list_account_users` to verify identities. Another agent can compile all available support options by running `list_forums` alongside `list_kb_articles`. This lets you build a comprehensive view of the entire customer feedback ecosystem using specialized, collaborating roles.
