View Employee Roster Details with MCP Server

You can get a full roster of staff using `list_employees`, or dig into specific personnel records with `get_employee_details`. This lets you pull detailed info about any employee, regardless of their role. Need to know how people are organized? Check out the departments via `list_company_departments` and find out which company offices exist using `list_office_locations`.

Review Attendance Records in Claude Desktop

The tool `list_attendance_logs` gives you a complete record of every clock-in and clock-out event. You can also get an aggregated summary of attendance metrics using `get_attendance_summary`. This is solid for payroll or compliance checks. When staff take time off, the server tracks it all. Use `list_leave_requests` to check employee leave history against the available types listed in `list_available_leave_types`.

Manage Job Candidates and Open Positions

Want to see who applied for open roles? Run `list_job_candidates` to pull applicant data. For current hiring needs, you can check existing job openings with `list_job_postings`. This handles the whole recruitment pipeline. Furthermore, if the company has internal moves happening, you can list internal requisitions using `list_job_requests`, or see which specific departments need new talent.
