Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We will never drop your Streamable HTTP or SSE connections, nor throttle your agents. Excess MCP requests are seamlessly billed at $5 per 10,000 additional requests - no interruptions, no surprises.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. You are billed upfront for the full year and get immediate access to all plan features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. Your data and configurations are preserved.
How is my data protected?
Zero-Trust DLP redacts PII in RAM before it ever reaches the LLM. All API responses pass through an egress firewall with strict schema validation. Credit cards, SSNs, and emails are masked in real-time.
How does edge deployment work?
Your MCP tools run inside V8 Isolate sandboxes - no filesystem, no network, no process escape. Deployments are HMAC-signed with a lockfile. If the API surface changes, the deploy stops automatically.
How many apps can I have on my account?
Unlimited. There's no cap on the number of apps you can install or connect to your agents. Every plan gives you access to the full App Catalog.
