Do I get access to all MCPs in the catalog?
Yes. Every plan gives you full access to the entire Vinkius catalog. Browse, connect, and use any MCP with no restrictions on which ones you can run.
Can I create and deploy my own MCPs?
Yes. You can deploy your own MCPs using OpenAPI specs, YAML configs, or TypeScript. Vinkius also supports MCPs built with MCP Fusion, our open-source framework. We handle hosting, security, and scaling for you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect right away with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?
Your connections stay active. We never cut you off. Extra requests are billed at $5 per 10,000 requests, added to your next invoice.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront and save you 20% compared to monthly pricing. Your request limits apply the same way, resetting each month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep full access until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the free tier.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months or unused requests. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your MCP configurations and settings are kept until the end of your billing period. After that, you can still export your data. We follow GDPR guidelines for data portability.
How is my data protected?
All requests are processed in isolated environments with no data stored on our side. We act as a pass through. Your data goes directly to the tools you connect, and nothing is cached or logged beyond what you see in your dashboard.
How do you keep MCPs secure?
Every MCP runs in its own isolated sandbox with no access to other MCPs or system resources. Deployments are signed and verified. If anything looks wrong, execution stops immediately.
