Use arming when you're away and want security monitoring, and disarming when you're home to avoid false alerts.

You can directly download the MP4 video files using these URLs. For thumbnail images, use presignedThumbnailUrl. Use get_recent_arlo_recordings for a quick way to get today's recordings.
