How the contact management works.

    Can the AI delete contacts from Alegra?

    No. The AI can only list, retrieve, and create contacts. It cannot delete any records.

    Will the AI change existing contact info automatically?

    No. The current tools allow for creating and retrieving information, but they do not include a tool to modify existing records.

    Do I need to open Alegra to add a new client?

    No. Once connected, you can add new clients just by telling your AI client the details.

    Can the AI find a contact if I only know their email?

    Yes. You can ask the AI to find a contact using any identifying information it can use to search the list.

    What happens if the AI can't find a contact?

    The AI will tell you it couldn't find a match in your Alegra database.
