Short answer
How can I use my AI to manage environments?
You tell your AI to spin up a new environment or push a specific version to a target stage. It handles the setup and deployment, then reports the status back to you. You get direct control over dev, staging, and production without using a CLI.
Deployment outcomes
Where your deployments land.
The AI handles the heavy lifting of infrastructure management.
PROVISION
New environments ready
The AI builds a fresh environment based on your requirements. You get a clean, isolated space for testing immediately.
RELEASE
Versions pushed to stages
Your AI moves specific code versions to dev, staging, or production. It ensures the right build lands in the right place.
MONITOR
Live deployment status
The AI checks the progress of a rollout. You get clear updates on whether a deployment succeeded or failed.
HUMAN
Manual oversight required
You decide when a version is stable enough for production. The AI waits for your signal before moving code into live environments.
The workflow
What your AI does when <the thing arrives>.
The AI acts as your deployment engineer, executing infrastructure changes based on your instructions.
Spin up environments
When you need a new sandbox, the AI builds the environment from scratch.
create_environmentPush specific versions
The AI moves your code to the environment you specify, like dev or staging.
deploy_environmentTrack rollout progress
The AI monitors the status of a deployment to ensure it finishes correctly.
get_deploymentVerify deployment state
The AI checks the current status of a deployment to confirm it is live or failed.

How Alpic behaves
- 01
Can the AI delete an existing environment?
No. The current tools only allow for creating, deploying, and checking status. Deletion must be handled by you manually.
- 02
Does the AI decide which version goes to production?
No. You must explicitly tell the AI which version to deploy to production. It won't make autonomous release decisions.
- 03
Can I use this with Cursor?
Yes. Any MCP-compatible client like Cursor, Claude, or Windsurf works with Alpic.
- 04
How do I know if a deployment failed?
You can ask the AI to check the status of a deployment, and it will report the results from the system.
- 05
Can the AI change my existing environment configurations?
No. The AI can create new environments and deploy versions, but it cannot modify the underlying configuration of an existing environment.
