- MEMBER AUDIT
- HUMAN ACTION
Short answer
How can I see who has access to my APIs?
Your AI pulls team lists, API projects, and member permissions to show exactly who can touch which API in your Apiary workspace. You can then ask for specific breakdowns of access by project or person.
Audit outcomes
Where access data lands.
The AI organizes your workspace data into these clear views.
TEAM MAP
Full team overview

API OWNERSHIP

How this task behaves
- 01
Can the AI remove a user from a team?
No. The AI can only read and list existing team, API, and member data. You have to perform all permission changes directly in Apiary.
- 02
Can the AI create new API projects?
No. This MCP is for auditing and reading workspace data, not for creating or modifying API configurations.
- 03
Does the AI see my API keys?
No. The tools only access team structures, project names, and member lists. They do not touch sensitive credentials or keys.
- 04
How does the AI know which team owns an API?
It uses the list_team_apis tool to check the association between teams and their assigned projects.
- 05
Can I audit access for a specific person?
Yes. You can ask the AI to list all teams a specific person belongs to and then check those teams' API access.
