Short answer
Can I use my AI to restructure my Archbee documentation?
Yes. You can tell your AI to create new spaces, group existing ones into folders, or duplicate entire sections. This lets you rebuild your technical knowledge base using plain English commands. You'll see how the hierarchy shifts as the AI executes your requests.
Structural outcomes
Where your documentation lands.
The AI maps your commands to specific structural changes in Archbee.
NEW SPACE
Isolated content areas
The AI creates a fresh space for a specific project or topic. You get a clean slate without manual setup.
GROUPS
Organized hierarchies
Your AI moves individual spaces into logical groups. This keeps your sidebar clean and easy to navigate.
CLONES
Template-ready copies
The AI duplicates an entire space to create a template. You get an exact replica of the structure and content.
MANUAL
Human-led edits
The AI handles the structure, but you still own the actual writing. You decide what the content says once the space is ready.
The workflow
What your AI does when you request a change.
The AI translates your intent into specific structural operations.
Initialize new areas
When you need a new section for a project, the AI sets up the container immediately.
create_spaceBuild hierarchies
You can tell the AI to bundle related spaces together to clean up your navigation.
create_space_groupModify existing setups
The AI updates the properties or names of spaces you have already built.
update_spaceScale your structure
If you need to replicate a setup, the AI makes a copy of the target space.

How the organization task behaves.
- 01
Can the AI write the actual documentation for me?
No. This Connector is for managing the structure and organization of spaces. You still handle the content creation yourself.
- 02
Will the AI delete my existing spaces?
The AI can delete a space if you explicitly command it to do so using the delete tool. It won't delete anything by accident.
- 03
Can I use this to move content between spaces?
No. This Connector manages the spaces and groups themselves, not the individual pages or text within them.
- 04
Does the AI see my private documentation?
The AI only accesses the data necessary to perform the structural tasks you request.
- 05
Can the AI create groups of groups?
No. The current tools allow for creating spaces and grouping spaces, but nested group hierarchies are not supported.
