How the Bsale connector behaves

    Can the AI delete a document once it's issued?

    No. The AI can only create documents. If you need to void or delete a document, you must do that manually within Bsale.

    Does the AI handle the payment processing?

    No. The AI only handles the issuance of the tax document. Payment collection happens through your existing Bsale setup.

    What happens if I give the wrong RUT?

    If the RUT is invalid or doesn't match Bsale's requirements, the tool will return an error and the document won't be issued.

    Can I issue multiple documents at once?

    You can ask the AI to do them one by one. It will process each request as a separate document creation task.

    Will the AI change my Bsale settings?
