How the task management behaves

    Can the AI fill out complex BPMN forms?

    No. The AI can retrieve the form structure, but if the form requires manual human input, you must complete it through the Camunda interface.

    Can the AI delete tasks from the engine?

    No. The AI can only search, assign, unassign, or complete tasks. It cannot delete process instances or task definitions.

    How does the AI know which tasks are mine?

    The AI uses the search tools to filter tasks based on the criteria you provide in your prompt.

    Will the AI change my BPMN model?

    No. The AI only interacts with active user tasks within a running process. It cannot modify the underlying BPMN diagrams or logic.
