How the chat review works
- 01
Can the AI delete chat logs?
No. This MCP only provides tools to list and get conversation data. It cannot delete anything.
- 02
Can the AI edit what the bot said?
No. The AI can only read the existing logs. It has no ability to change or rewrite history.
- 03
How does the AI know which chat to read?
It uses the list of conversations to find the correct ID, then pulls that specific transcript.
- 04
Does the AI store my data?
No. The AI client only pulls the data when you ask for it through the MCP.
- 05
Can I use this to change bot behavior?
No. This is a read-only task for auditing. You'll need to manually update your bot's logic to change how it acts.
