Connect Chatsistant once, then just tell your agent what new information to read. It handles the ingestion so you don't have to manually upload files.

Ask AI about this page

Short answer

How can I add new info to my AI's knowledge base?

Just tell your agent to add a specific URL or document. It uses natural language to trigger the ingestion process. You'll see the new sources appear in your agent's knowledge base immediately.

FAQ

How the data updates work

  • 01

Can the AI delete data sources on its own?

No. The agent can only add or list sources. You must manage deletions manually.

  • 02

How do I know if a URL was successfully added?

You can ask the agent to list its current data sources to verify the new one is there.

  • 03

Does the AI scan the whole internet?

No. It only reads the specific URLs or files you explicitly tell it to add.

  • 04

Can I add a folder of files at once?

No. You need to provide the specific source for the agent to process.

  • 05

Will this change my existing agent settings?

No. This only adds to the knowledge base. It doesn't change how the agent is configured.
