    No. The AI can only read order and customer data. You must process all refunds manually through your Clover POS terminal.

    Can I change customer contact info through the AI?

    No. The tools only allow the AI to list and retrieve existing customer profiles. You have to update customer details in the Clover dashboard.

    Can the AI see my total daily revenue?

    Yes, if you ask it to look at the recent orders. It will pull the transaction history and calculate the totals for you.
