FAQ

How this task behaves.

  • 01

Can the AI send messages to my community members?

No. The AI can only read segments, members, and activity data. You must handle all direct messaging and outreach yourself.

  • 02

Can the AI change my Common Room segment settings?

No. The AI is read-only. It can identify users and analyze data, but it cannot modify your existing segments or community configurations.

  • 03

Does the AI see every single message sent in my community?

The AI only sees the activity data provided through the ingest tool. It doesn't have a live, constant stream of every chat unless you trigger an activity ingestion.

  • 04

How does the AI know who is 'active'?

It looks at the activity signals it ingests, such as recent posts, replies, or reactions, and compares that against the member list.

  • 05

Can I use this to automatically ban users?

No. This MCP does not have tools to delete members or change permissions. It is strictly for identifying and analyzing engagement.
