Short answer
How can I draft and sign contracts using my AI?
Your agent pulls your specific templates, populates them with the data you provide in chat, and sends them out for signature. You'll get the documents out the door by simply describing the deal to your agent.
The results of your request.
Where your contracts land.
Once you give the command, your agent handles the heavy lifting in Concord CLM.
READY
Drafted agreements
The AI builds a new contract using your specific templates. You get a finished document ready for review.
SENT
Signature requests
The agent triggers the e-signature process. The document goes straight to the recipient's inbox.
REVIEW
Human oversight
You decide when a draft is ready or when a signature request is sent. The AI won't finalize anything without your go-ahead.
DONE
Executed contracts
Once the recipient signs, the process is complete. The signed agreement is stored back in Concord CLM.

How the connector behaves
- 01
Can the AI send a contract without me checking it first?
No. You must review the draft and give the agent the command to send it for signature.
- 02
Does the AI create its own contract language?
No. The AI only uses the templates already existing in your Concord CLM account.
- 03
Can I edit the contract text inside the chat?
No. The AI uses the template and the data you provide to generate the file. You'll need to use Concord CLM if you need to manually edit the document body.
- 04
Can the AI delete old contracts?
No. There are no tools provided to delete or remove documents from your library.
- 05
What happens if I don't have a template for a specific deal?
The agent can only create agreements from templates it can find in your account via the list tool.
