    Can the AI book a pickup automatically?

    No. The AI can only create the shipment and get the labels. You must schedule the pickup through your DPD account.

    Does the AI charge my credit card?

    No. The AI only interacts with the DPD tools to create shipments. All billing is handled within your DPD account.

    Can I fix a typo in an address after the label is made?

    No. Once the shipment is created via the tool, the AI cannot edit the data. You would need to handle corrections in the DPD portal.

    Will the AI delete my existing DPD shipments?

    No. The available tools only allow for creating shipments and getting labels. There is no tool to delete or cancel shipments.
