    No. The current tools only allow for creating people and managing their flow steps. It cannot delete records.

    No. You tell the AI which flow to use, or you ask it to list the flows so you can make the choice.

    Can I see what steps are in a flow before I add someone?

    Yes. The AI can list the steps within any specific flow so you know exactly what the path looks like.

    Will the AI automatically move people to the next step?

    The AI moves people to a specific step when you tell it to. It doesn't autonomously jump people through the whole flow without your direction.
