Short answer
How can I use my AI to manage event attendance?
Your AI uses EventMobi tools to add new people to your event and mark them as present for specific sessions. You'll get a real-time updated list of who is on-site and which sessions they've joined.
Where every action lands.
The outcomes of your requests.
Your AI processes your commands and updates these specific areas in EventMobi.
REGISTRATION
New attendee entries
The AI adds new people to your event roster. You'll see these names appear in your EventMobi participant list immediately.
ATTENDANCE
Session arrival logs
When you tell the AI someone arrived, it logs that specific session entry. This keeps your session-level data accurate.
REPORTS
Live attendance counts
The AI can summarize how many people have checked in so far. You get a clear picture of turnout without manual counting.
HUMAN
Manual overrides
The AI cannot fix broken registration data or delete users. You'll need to log into EventMobi directly for those administrative tasks.

How this task behaves.
- 01
Can the AI delete an attendee from the list?
No. The AI only has tools to register and check in attendees. You must use the EventMobi dashboard to remove anyone.
- 02
Does the AI handle badge printing?
No. The AI manages the digital data for registration and check-ins, but it cannot trigger physical hardware like badge printers.
- 03
Can I check in multiple people at once?
Yes. You can list several names in a single prompt and the AI will process the check-ins for each person.
- 04
What happens if I try to check in someone who isn't registered?
The AI will tell you the person isn't on the list. You'll need to use the registration tool first to add them.
- 05
Can the AI change an attendee's email address?
No. The current tools are limited to registration and session check-ins. Profile edits must be done in EventMobi.
