How the Facturama connector behaves.

    Can the AI cancel an invoice if I make a mistake?

    No. The current tools only allow for creating and sending invoices. You must handle cancellations directly in Facturama.

    Does the AI automatically send every invoice it creates?

    No. The AI only sends the email if you specifically ask it to send the invoice or if your prompt includes delivery instructions.

    Can I use this to manage my entire SAT account?

    No. This connector is specifically for issuing CFDI 4.0 documents and managing client/product data within Facturama.

    Will the AI change my existing product prices?

    No. The AI can read product details and use them to build invoices, but it does not have a tool to modify your existing product catalog.

    Do I need to provide the RFC every time?

    If you have already used the tool to create the client, the AI can find them by name. If it is a new client, you will need to provide the RFC in your prompt.
